This is probably my be all end all view on how the election will turn out. I can’t imagine the American people being stupid enough to elect Barack the magic negro Obama. Also, I can’t imagine that the American people as a whole are smart enough to know that by McCain being president we’re still dealing with moderate policies. Still, I will be able to sleep much more easily at night knowing that there isn’t a socialist black supremacist as the figurehead of the nation I love.

Obamafags who threaten to move away once he fails come November, please make good of this promise I implore you.

E-BEGGING

The downfall of society continues. There is a new low being hit by people on the internet. It’s called e-begging, essentially panhandling for handouts of money via the internet, and there are a number of otherwise very privileged adult children partaking in it.

Society looks down on bums, beggars and other vagrants still…yet, these internet beggars are actually getting money this way. What the fuck is the world coming to? Honestly, if you beg for money, then you are no worse than any of the bums you look over every single day of your life. These wastes of oxygen are actually profiting from other people when they honestly don’t really NEED that money to survive? Only in a world as fucked up as this could this plan ever work.

What ever happened to working hard for your money? It’s not that difficult. Truth be told, if you really WANT something enough you should be able to SAVE and WORK for it. Especially if you’re a paid partner on a website. You are getting paid for your work on your videos if people watch them/click the advertisements within. It may not be much, but if you save the profits a couple months you may be able to supplement your actual income to buy that posession you want. If you beg AND you’re getting ad revenue from your videos then you truly are the epitome of laziness. Get a job, or a second one, and work for your money.

Want to get money from the internet without having to resort to pleas of desperation? Sell some shit you no longer need on eBay. Get an online store to put your logo or whatnot on and sell it on your blog. Get a blog account that allows you to have advertisements on it. There are lots of ways you can get a little extra money that aren’t so degrading. Not to mention, at least this way you won’t have to get your fragile little feelings hurt when people call you out on your blatant douchebaggery.

I will edit this more as necessary, but I just needed to express my outrage at the insanity linked to begging for money on the internet. Get a job, quit bitching and realize that things you WANT are just that…wants. Save your money or sell some shit to get what you want. Good things come to those who wait and satisfaction comes from knowing you worked hard to get what you have.

Every time I get myself knee deep in drama on the internet I can’t help but think how our society crumbles beneath us when grown adults can’t let petty shit go and feel the need to cause drama. Last I checked I graduated high school about six years ago. Why am I still having to deal with people that have the mentality of 16 year old gossip girls?

I’ve done my fair share of trolling on the internet, don’t get me wrong. However, the difference between my own trolling and that type that is going on around me at the moment is that I do this all in good fun. I like trolling furries and other miscreants on the internet who need to be taken down a peg or two. I don’t try to dig up their dox or flame them with pointless insults. I troll for the reaction. What most people are now doing…grown people, mind you…is malicious and in all senses of the word highly illegal.

Making threats and dropping personal information because of someone getting butthurt over a YOUTUBE CHANNEL is downright asinine.

This is why we can’t have nice things. Not to mention, this is one of the millions upon millions of reasons why our society is failing. I’m done with drama and for that matter I’m officially retiring from the trolling game. YouTube and the internet in general is supposed to be my hobby and it’s about time I started directing my internet time back into hobby mode instead of letting the super serious business on the internet control me oh so subtly.

I remember when I was in school it wasn’t half as bad. We had teachers that for the most part cared and taught us to the best of their abilities. There weren’t half as many MANDATORY standardized tests as there are today. We had respect for our teachers and if we didn’t, well we were not tolerated and were disciplined as needed. At most we had ONE major government test every year or so. Now, fat chance. These children are tested at levels that even the most clinically insane people in asylums aren’t even tested that much. It’s tragic. Testing children just takes time away from TEACHING them, don’t you think? Not to mention we were on a grading scale that actually judged our comprehension of the subject matter. What is up with having a ten point grading scale? That just drops the bar for kids to succeed and raises the bar for the underachievers to pass instead of being held back until they actually COMPREHEND the materials taught. What’s next, twenty point scales just so we can pass our kids through the system until they turn out retarded? No wonder we constantly fail when placed amongst other countries…we’re teaching our kids so they can pass, not so they can actually gain any knowledge.

Something else that really infuriates me when dealing with schools nowadays is this: dual language lessons. This is evident in many states close to the Mexican border, from what I’ve heard and seen. What happens is that when the little illegals come over here, our teachers are forced to go over the EXACT SAME FUCKING LESSON PLAN twice: Once, in English for all of our citizens and once again in Spanish for all the little wetback jumping bean babies whose parents are here without a green card and leeching off of our system. This is America…learn fucking English. Many legal immigrants have came here and succeeded and they learned English to do so, you fucking border jumpers aren’t exempt. This takes away from what our own children get to learn because the teacher has to waste time going over the same material in two different languages. How is this beneficial? How is this making our youth prepared to grow up and be intelligent members of society? It isn’t…it is devolving our kids into piles of mush easily manipulated by the governmental powers that be.

My mother is a 30+ year veteran of the public school system and is one of the only teachers I know of in the area that still teaches the way she always taught. I had my mother for first grade and her methods were stellar. She gets involved, does active things that engage her children. However, with all the batteries of tests she must administer for Governor Bush’s oh so successful No Child Left Behind act she can’t enjoy the job she once loved. America’s teachers all feel the exhausting effects of this law and our good educators are going to forever be dampered by the system if it doesn’t change quickly.

Furthermore, I am sick of seeing our society slip further down the tubes. Our kids can’t even point out their own country on a map, and thusly in a few years when they’re adults they will also lack this information and turn into a repeat of Miss Teen South Carolina. It’s time we take control of the public schools in America away from the government and take education to the private sector. We can not educate people when the system we have to do so can’t even produce results that can stand up to countries in even the most impoverished nations. Scrap No Child Left Behind because it’s leaving behind too many of our brightest children and turning the deficient ones into the “let’s play catch-up” cases who need to be put into specialized classes anyway. Spare their fragile little feelings, shit telling them they need to buck up and get out of their specialized classes may put a little bit of drive into them.

Fuck this entire system. Someone please bless America, because we sure as hell aren’t.

Well, tell me something Pro-Life advocates. You don’t believe in abortion, right? Well since you’re so hell bent on the issue why are there unwanted children still in orphanages? If you really want people to stop having abortions and either raise the child or give it up for adoption it seems to me that if you go the Option B route than you should be adopting these children. Do you even see the figures for the overcrowding of orphanages in America? It’s ASTRONOMICAL. So where the fuck are these Right-to-Lifers for the children once they exit the birthing canal? They aren’t lining up at the orphanage doors trying to adopt these precious lives they saved. And this is a loose definition of the word saved…I highly doubt hauling newborn children into orphanages where most of them will stay until their 18th birthday would constitute saving them.

Personally, I really don’t believe abortion would be right by my own account. Still, I believe it is something that needs to be legal. Personally I can’t afford to pay for YOUR mistake of having a child you can’t take care of. I just can’t do it. Therefore, I believe abortion is a much better alternative to putting a child through the horrors of being juggled around the foster system for the time in their lives where they will be most affected by their upbringing. There are good cases of children in the foster program ending up running successfull lives but there are many tragic cases that don’t end in success or sometimes even in remaining alive. Where’s the good in keeping kids in a terrible foster system? How are you saving them by trying to outlaw abortion?

Pro-lifers who actually do adopt have my blessing to retain their status as Pro-life. Others who advocate this ideology and DON’T adopt or at least partake in the foster care programs and sponsor foster children of your own, well you are near the top of my most hated list. You are the ones who expect us all to pay for unwanted children who ride the foster system until they’re old enough to become criminals or homeless bums with no aspirations to better themselves. Let’s face it, the success stories aren’t as plentiful as the abysmal stories that make us all feel sad for those we couldn’t help.

I am tired of hearing the Pro-life agenda with no follow through shown on their part. Fuck you people, fuck you from the deepest depths of my so-called “soul”.

01. Electric Wizard – Witchcult Today: It’s been three years since the last time new Wizard has touched anyone’s ears and the results were shaky. They had just got their new lineup after the dissolution of the prior mainstay and the album just wasn’t focused enough, as if they hadn’t gelled yet. But damn, Witchcult is the result of a band tighter than a virginal pussy. There is not a moment where the band doesn’t sound good, even on the weakest track, Dunwitch. A must own for Stoner Doom fans.

02. Baroness – The Red Album: This band is just awe inspiring. For anyone who wasn’t sure if they’d be able to deliver a full album worth of excellent material like featured on the EP’s First and Second–they can, and they blow you away. I don’t know how many times I’ve played this album, but with each passing listen it keeps getting better and better and better. Also, best damn live show I saw all year last year.

03. Rwake – Voices of Omens: Rwake is just one of those bands that has never disappointed me. Grating and pummeling as any good band should be. Tormented vocals, excellent instrumentals and enough heaviness to match any newer sludge band and still stand up to the greats. Definitely a must listen, so go out and get it.

04. Boris w/ Merzbow – Rock Dream: Two discs of live glory from legends Boris and Merzbow. There isn’t much new here, but who cares when the live combo of Boris and Merzbow can redo old material with such mastery that you will almost prefer it to the original? Limited run of 5,000 copies I believe, machine numbered by Southern Lord. If you can find this, pick it up before they’re all gone. Even if you can get the album from the internet, you’re missing out if you don’t get it for the artwork and packaging which, knowing it’s Southern Lord, is fantastic.

05. Torche – In Return: Damn, for an EP this is just fantastic. Torche take everything you loved about their self-titled Stoner Pop masterpiece and improve on the formula. Not to mention the badass artwork and you get the 10″ EP and CD of the album…I need to order this soon before I can’t anymore. Anywho, these guys have taken something from Baroness in the fact that there is a lot more guitar interplay in this and their new release Meanderthal to bo along with their bomb string Pop sentiment sludge. Highly recommended.

06. Down – Down III: Over The Under: Definitely on par with the other releases from supergroup Down. I can’t say too much about it because hell, it’s DOWN. The good thing about them is that if you’ve heard one record you’ve heard them all, but still it’s interesting EVERY TIME which is where Down shines.

07. High On Fire – Death is this Communion: Matt Pike and company have done it again, made another flawless album. This one hits just as hard as previous efforts and sticks around in your mind just as long. If Blessed Black Wings was the Master of Puppets of stoner metal, then this is definitely worthy of the title of The …And Justice for All of stoner metal.

08. OM – Pilgrimage: Not as strong in my eyes as Conference of the Birds, but even then, Om is still leaps and bounds ahead of all too many bands out there. This is still an amazing effort that will make you go on the same kind of journeys you took while CotB was in rotation. All Om is good Om and if you’ve never taken a serious listen to these dudes, you need to. I would say all Sleep fans need apply, but Sleep fans are already Om fans.

09. Weedeater – God Luck and Good Speed: Oh Dixie you’ve done it again! Every single Weedeater release is gold. There are no exceptions. The second the title track hits your ears you will be entranced. I can’t talk too much about this album because it’s an experience you can’t deny your ears of. Mankind is unkind man…God luck and good speeeeeeeeed.

10. |TIE| Clutch – From Beale Street To Oblivion & Fu Manchu – We Must Obey: I could not choose between these two albums from bands that NEVER disappoint. The latest Clutch effort basically picks back up in the swing of things that Robot Hive/Exodus left behind. While Clutch really haven’t strayed from the formula as of the last few albums, they still are riff machines and able to make you sing every song by the second spin of the record. In my eyes, Clutch will always be a powerhouse. And who can deny Fu Manchu a spot? We Must Obey is solid Fu Manchu that we’ve all come to know and love. There is not a moment on this LP that makes me doubt my love of the band. Also, that video for Hung Out To Dry was just EPIC. Definitely one of my new favorite Fu albums.

There you have it, the best of 2007 in my opinion. So far, 2008 is shaping up well with what I’ve heard. New Torche is amazing, as is the new Earth, the Sword and Boris offerings. I hope to hear more amazing stoner rock and metal this year as well. Doom on, brothas and sistahs.

Also, I’ve been doing lots of responses and serious issues videos myself. I’m thinking about doing some character acting to get my idea box flowing again. I definitely need to formulate a redneck character who is a possible racist and die hard NASCAR fan with alcoholic tendencies. I know these characters are a dime a dozen but it something funny that I can actually pull off since I do live in the Bluegrass State of Kentucky. XD

I’ve also got a big project for Xenurulesthenation going as well that I need to finish in the next couple of days since I’ve been putting it on the backburner.

Ah, I made a response video to the Tyler Oakley drama involving his wanting to stifle free speech with feel good liberal Anti-hate campaigning and it semi relates to the JohnCocktoston bit o draaaaaaaaaama. Basically the day after posting my video, I got hit with the subscribe/unsubscribe bomb, dropping my nearly 150 (small number is small amirite?) subscribers down to 0. Funny how the anti-hate crowd wants to bring a small time youtuber down to 0 subs…which is funny also because the actual subscribers don’t disappear, just the number and I really could give a fuck less about numbers! People still watch and subscribe to me because of what I say so these little campaigns against me mean nothing. Anywho, so I’m sitting pretty on 8 accounted for subscribers. I love how fascism always seems to effect me, and here I thought I was living in America where there was freedom.

But that’s another rant for another day. Someone bless America, because we sure aren’t.
